StresaOnStreet si replica per il quinto anno consecutivo. Nella settimana di Ferragosto si anima di giocoleria, teatro, circo e musica.
Le strade del centro
nella suggestiva cornice
del Lago Maggiore tornano
a riempirsi di vita e colori.
Stresa scende in strada con artisti che si alterneranno nelle giornate di giovedì 13 e venerdì 14 agosto. Spettacoli dal vivo
offerti gratuitamente al pubblico dalle 16.00 alle 23.00.

StresaOnStreet returns for the 5th consecutive year. During the
Ferragosto week, juggling, theatre, circus, music and dance can all be seen.
The streets of the centre of this wonderful town on the banks of Lago Maggiore will be filled with joy and colour.
Stresa takes to the streets with the artists performing on Thursday 13th and
Friday 14th August! Live shows, contemporarily offered free to the audience from 4.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m.

Clan Mamacè
Dopo le gratificanti esperienze di Arezzo Wave 2004 e del Premio Nazionale Fabrizio De Andrè 2005, nelle strade torna l’inconfondibile stile cantautoriale del Clan, che spazia dal folk al rock, dalla ballata al jazz: tante storie da raccontare con arrangiamenti sempre originali.
The streets of Stresa will be filled with the atmospheric energy generated by the eclectic group Mamacè. After the gratifying experience of “Arezzo Wave 2004”, and of the “Premio Nazionale Fabrizio de Andrè 2005” (National Fabrizio de Andrè Prize), they return to the streets with their unmistakeable singer-songwriter style that ranges between folk and rock, from acoustic dance to jazz: telling many stories with constantly original arrangements.

Piano Solo, un avvincente viaggio nel cuore della musica strumentale, attraverso composizioni originali e moderne riletture di grandi opere. Un live concept contraddistinto da uno stile compositivo nel quale, dalle radici classiche, affiorano contaminazioni derivanti dagli ambienti della soundtrack e minimal music.
“Piano Solo”: an enthralling journey into the heart of instrumental music through compositions by Roberto Jonata and modern revisiting of great works from the past to today. A live concept characterised by the compositional style of Roberto Jonata, which, though rooted in classical music, is influenced by the styles of soundtracks and minimal music.

A variety theatre show, composed of monologues, stories, one-minute thrillers, blues, variations and jokes on a theme, humour and poetry, invented and real crimes. An attempt to instil the songs and cabaret with a noir atmosphere.

Il circo ricotta - ARTISTI AQUILANI
La pièce è la storia di tre clown rimasti soli in un circo, che si arrabattano come meglio possono per mandare avanti la baracca. Il padrone infatti è scappato pieno di debiti. Tra esibizioni strampalate di maghi pasticcioni, acrobati improbabili, mangiafuoco schioppettanti, comunque lo spettacolo prosegue e riserva un finale a sorpresa.
This piece is the story of three clowns remaining alone in a circus, the ring master having escaped leaving his debts, doing all they can to ‘keep the ship afloat’. Between odd exhibitions of bungling magicians, improbable acrobats, cracking fire-eaters, the show goes on and keeps a surprise for the finale…

Un sodalizio musicale nato da molti anni: Fabio e Andrea hanno alle spalle numerose esperienze di performance nelle strade come nei teatri. A unire i due musicisti la sensibilità verso il blues, che interpretano secondo la migliore tradizione di strada americana.
A musical association which has been in existence for many years. Fabio and Andrea have a great deal of experience performing, both in the streets and in theatres. The two musicians are united by their sensitivity to the blues, which they interpret according to the best American traditions.

Il gruppo propone un repertorio formato prevalentemente da brani originali di matrice cantautoriale. Il sound è caratterizzato da un folk/blues presentato in chiave noir, per esprimere atmosfere calde e allo stesso tempo graffianti e dirette.
Ratafià propose a musical repertoire formed predominantly from original singer-songwriter tracks. Their sound is characterised as folk/blues played in a ‘noir’ key, with the help of which the band seeks to generate a hot and direct atmosphere.
